Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Commercial Manager to support the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in driving the company's growth strategy. The team is focused on shaping and executing our commercial strategy, including "growing the core" and "scaling the new", leading efforts to expand existing business lines, develop new revenue streams, and enhance strategic partnerships.

This role will involve assessing new commercial opportunities, developing business cases, and ensuring the alignment of strategic initiatives with the company’s objectives. You will also play a key role in establishing and managing the Product Working Group and contributing to the development of the product roadmap to support THG Ingenuity’s growth.

You will need to be up for a challenge, have a curious mindset, like to find new ways of doing things, and enjoy meeting stakeholders to bring the best solutions to market.

You will need experience in modeling, data analysis, and project management tools, with analytical skills.

Market Assessment and Business Case Development

Evaluate new commercial ideas, initiatives, and opportunities by analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM), competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Conduct market research, modeling, and feasibility studies to assess the viability and impact of new business opportunities.

Present well-articulated business cases and recommendations to the CCO and leadership team.

Product Working Group Leadership

Support the CCO in establishing and managing the Product Working Group to align stakeholders across functions, including product, sales, and operations, deliver productization and find Product-Market Fit.

Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment on priorities, initiatives, and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives and key deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Product Roadmap Development

Collaborate with the product and technology teams to build and refine the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with commercial objectives and market needs.

Develop frameworks for prioritizing features and functionalities to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction.

Track the success of product launches and recommend iterative improvements based on performance data and feedback.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Assist in the formulation of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Support strategic initiatives focused on “growing the core” and “scaling the new” by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a key resource for the CCO by preparing presentations, reports, and insights for executive- level discussions and board meetings.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and product roadmap execution.

Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide clear visibility into progress and performance across strategic initiatives.
