Serial entrepreneur Alistair is a pioneer in the global consumer technology space, with a strong track record of creating, scaling and exiting ecommerce brands in the UK and the US over the last 20 years.

Co-Founder and CEO of Bloom, the career coaching and mentorship platform powered by AI insights and short-form content, Alistair is the Chairman of THG Ingenuity, the complete commerce business of the UK listed online retailer, which powers brands across wellness, beauty and lifestyle. At both businesses, Alistair continues to pre-empt and execute on seismic shifts in consumer behavior to create value.

Ashish is passionate about consumers and how they engage and interact with brands. He has spent 20 years in various marketing and commercial roles, with a single-minded focus on driving consumer centric growth.

At THG Ingenuity, his obsession is to drive value growth for its customers through compelling and leading-edge DTC propositions.

Jon joined THG as a founding shareholder, and has held various roles across the business including Group Finance Director and CEO of Cloud Services.

Prior to joining THG, Jon spent time with the Caudwell Group in their distribution division working across a global portfolio of countries.

Darren joined THG in 2008 as a member of the founding team. Drawing upon a wealth of expertise gained through THG's rapid global expansion and the remarkable growth of its brand portfolio, Darren now spearheads THG Ingenuity's global revenue function, guiding customers through the intricacies of technology adoption, digital innovation and operational excellence.

Darren brings invaluable insights to our customers as they embark on their own digital transformation journeys.

Melissa began her agency career in Toronto, before moving to New York where she spent seven years building a global agency.

Melissa joined Ingenuity in 2022, bringing 15 years' experience to lead teams across THG Ingenuity’s creative and localization solutions, utilizing her expertise in operational design to develop management structures that scale and drive efficiency through process design and implementation.

Ali heads up Technology for Ingenuity Commerce, having joined THG Group in 2015. Within Ingenuity Commerce, Ali has led teams across software engineering, solutions and products since THG Ingenuity’s inception in 2020.

Ali’s remit focuses on developing and iterating across our technology infrastructure to ensure a best-in-class technology experience for our customers.

Liz joined THG Ingenuity in 2018, bringing sixteen years of digital and ecommerce experience working agency and consultancy side.

Liz leads our Alliance Program, focusing on building a network of partnerships with some of the world’s most successful businesses to jointly develop industry-leading, go-to-market solutions, driving net-new value for both parties.

Victoria has worked in the people profession for 12 years, with experience in global high-growth organizations across the retail and technology sectors.

At THG Ingenuity, Vic leads the people team, working closely with our leadership teams to deliver exciting people initiatives, create a high-performance culture and ensure our people are set up for success at all levels.

Since joining THG four years ago, Ajit has led THG Ingenuity's first semi-automated site in Warrington, launched the automated site in Manchester and, until recently, was driving fulfillment growth in partnership with THG Ingenuity’s global service providers in EMEA, Asia, Australia, and US West Coast regions.

Ajit has over 10 years' experience in leading and developing world-class fulfillment solutions including site lead positions at Amazon.

Naomi joined THG Ingenuity two years ago and leads our Retail and Fashion category, whilst also providing leadership for one of our most strategic customers, Nestlé.

Prior to joining THG Ingenuity, Naomi built a career as a management consultant in PwC’s Retail and Consumer practice, as well as directly within the ecommerce team of a leading global fashion retailer. 

With over 18 years of experience leading innovation and strategy for some of the world's leading brands, Herculano leads the THG Ingenuity FMCG sales team, enabling brands to accelerate success.

Herculano is passionate about strategic innovation and technology, enabling brands to deploy practical applications to unlock value.

With over 16 years' experience working across the THG Group, including the past 5 years within THG Ingenuity since its conception, Dean leads our global FMCG category, developing partnerships with some of the world’s largest FMCG brands.

Dean’s extensive experience across THG Ingenuity’s proposition drives a continued focus across Technology, Operations and Marketing for our growing portfolio of FMCG brands.

Alice joined THG Group in 2016, working in a variety of roles across THG Beauty and THG Ingenuity across trading and performance. Now managing THG Ingenuity's Beauty category, Alice leads the teams that deliver scalable strategies and growth plans for our beauty customers.

Joining THG Ingenuity three years ago as SVP of Sales for APAC, Romeo brings 20+ years of expertise in innovation, technology and customer transformation to his role. With a career spanning roles at Oracle, Disney and NBC, Romeo has enabled growth strategies for over two dozen Fortune 500 companies.
