As a Client Partner at THG Ingenuity, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of tailored, innovative solutions that drive client success. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive growth & enhance customer experience. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and customer success.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, tech) to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  • Identifying new business opportunities and facilitating upsell/cross-sell initiatives.

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within eCommerce, SaaS, B2B or tech-driven industries.

  • Strong track record in account management, business development, and growing strategic client relationships.

  • Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading client projects to successful outcomes.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Experience in the digital/eCommerce industry is a plus.
