Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the generation of solutions, validating and prioritysing before driving implementation

· Define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.

· Build and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration among team members.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

· Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns or changes.

· Ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

· Allocate resources effectively to ensure that the project has the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel.

· Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to keep the project on track.

· Address issues and obstacles that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep the project moving forward.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant records.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
