The objectives of the role:
- Coordinate bookings for our Public Sector clients in compliance with our ISO quality management system.
- Enhance client and supplier relationships by providing a responsive, professional support service with a can-do approach.
- Meet fulfilment KPIs and personal targets set as part of quarterly
The core aspects of the role are:
- Utilise our booking portal daily to allocate interpreting bookings
- Work as a member of the Interpreting Team to deliver high quality, responsive language services to our Public Sector clients under supervision.
- Respond to our clients’ requests and queries in accordance with our quality procedures, including but not limited to service education, feedback and complaints.
- Discuss requirements with clients and select appropriate interpreters according to the nature of the work and the preferences of the client.
- Complete administrative tasks and update company systems precisely to ensure that the work is invoiced accurately, and contract performance can be analysed.
- Ensure effective and efficient provision of customer
- Support interpreters and provide training and guidance on our booking
- Support our clients with any technical queries concerning our booking
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in a client-facing coordination
- Experience working on interpreting
- Strong organisational and communication
- Ability to handle telephone conversations
- Basic knowledge of video-conferencing
- Drive to provide excellent customer service and building relationships with interpreters and
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner, particularly on the telephone.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop solutions to our clients’ requirements and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner at all times.
