" THG Ingenuity has hired a new chief commercial officer to grow the group’s “growth agenda” following the demerger from THG PLC.

Lucy Cooper starts the role today (January 20), bringing over 15 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation, and technology commercialisation, with experience at Microsoft and Accenture.

THG Ingenuity said Cooper has a track record of “identifying and delivering innovative growth opportunities” with expertise in AI, digital platforms and M&A. "
