The Smart Retail Tech Expo

This year we were at The Smart Retail Tech Expo, Zach Hemmant-Low, SVP of Retail at Ingenuity will be delivered one of the keynote sessions titled 'Reimagining the World of Retail'. 

During this session Zach took a deep dive into the evolution of the retail landscape and its consumers, discussing how brands can adapt to the trends shaping this evolution, including adopting a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model.
