About the role
We’re looking for a senior, commercially driven Channel Manager with a proven track record in MSP and channel sales to build and scale our partner-led go-to-market function.
This is a sleeves-up, build-from-the-ground role where you’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and growing a channel programme that enables resellers and referral partners across the UK, Europe, and the US to deliver ingenuity cloud’s services to their customers.
You’ll define the partner proposition, establish pricing models and commercial structures, and create onboarding, enablement, and incentive programmes that allow partners to confidently sell Bare Metal, VPS, Managed Kubernetes, Cloud Connect, and Managed Cloud services.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll have the autonomy to shape our channel strategy while being fully supported by leadership. As the programme matures and milestones are met, you will lead the expansion of the channel function, building a dedicated team to scale our reach and revenue impact.

What will I be doing?
- Designing and building the Ingenuity Cloud Services partner programme, including commercial models, contracts, onboarding frameworks, and enablement materials.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and activating new partners (MSPs, ISVs, and specialist resellers) across the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Creating sales enablement and training programmes to ensure partner sales teams are confident in identifying, positioning, and closing Ingenuity Cloud Services
- Driving joint go-to-market activities with partners, including co-branded campaigns, events, and content to accelerate revenue growth.
- Implementing structured partner management processes such as quarterly business reviews, incentive programmes, and performance tracking.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, solutions architects, and provisioning teams to deliver best-in-class partner support.
- Laying the foundation for scale — documenting processes, feedback loops, and playbooks to ensure the channel can expand into a full team.
- Acting as the voice of the partner internally, ensuring our channel strategy is aligned with partner needs and market trends.
What skills do I need?
We’re looking for someone with a channel-first mindset and the ability to deliver results while building the long-term framework for success.
- Proven track record in channel sales within the cloud, MSP, hosting, or infrastructure sectors — this experience is essential.
- Experience designing and executing partner programmes, including pricing models, margin structures, and incentive schemes.
- Strong understanding of MSP and reseller ecosystems, with established networks across the UK, Europe, or US.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with a consultative, value-led approach, capable of balancing partner profitability with Ingenuity Cloud Services’ growth objectives.
- Organised and self-motivated — comfortable building from scratch and managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical pre-sales, marketing, and provisioning to deliver seamless partner support.
- Familiarity with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDICC is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and growth-minded — excited by the opportunity to build a function, not just manage one.
