The Role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join our Ingenuity CRM team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with some experience in email marketing to further develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in the execution of email campaigns across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands. Working closely with stakeholders across CRM, Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you will contribute to the delivery of effective, engaging campaigns that support brand growth and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of end-to-end email campaigns, including building, testing, scheduling, and deployment.
• Assist in managing campaign calendars and aligning activity with brand trading plans.
• Ensure the accuracy of creative assets, promotional content, and product information within campaigns.
• Utilise our proprietary ESP (Email Service Provider) to set up campaigns, manage data, and build targeted audience segments.
• Contribute to campaign performance reporting, providing insights to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain awareness of CRM best practices, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in email marketing.

 

About You

• Experience in email marketing, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment is desired.  
• Familiarity or previous use of ESP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Comfortable working with data and interested in developing skills in segmentation and personalisation.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across teams.
• A proactive and motivated individual, eager to develop a career in email and digital marketing.
