About the role:
The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategies that drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth. This is a pivotal role within our B2B Marketing team, responsible for owning campaigns end to end – from insight and planning through to delivery, measurement and optimisation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Channel and Creative teams to deliver compelling messaging and results-driven campaigns across digital, content, events, and paid channels.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Definition & delivery of the end-to-end Marketing plan for THG Fluently in context of the GTM plan, with campaign components across Website, Social Commerce and Agentic AI.
- Definition & management of the full-year Marketing budget, ensuring ongoing optimisation in accordance with results and delivery to target across the full lead funnel.
- Development & ongoing management of the THG Fluently lead model to govern Marketing ROI.
- Definition & delivery of an integrated campaign structure which delivers sufficient lead generation, lead nurture and lead close. This will involve working closely with Operations, Technology, Sales, Teams across THG Ingenuity & Business Development.
- Management and coordination of all stakeholders which will bring campaigns to life – from content production through to performance channels, SEO & content, PR, product marketing, Events & CRM.
- Ownership of briefs to all channels on any hygiene projects to boost performance in line with your overall short, medium & long-term strategy.
- Close alignment with Ingenuity marketing operations to ensure sufficient performance intel + optimisation across campaign delivery & website performance.
- Close alignment with Product Teams to ensure all solutions are showcased in the correct way, providing a solid platform to be amplified in market.
- Preference for experience in the localisation industry and involved in rebranding campaigns to align with AI products and tools.
- Reporting ownership to senior stakeholders to update on strategic progress + Marketing performance.
KPIs:
- Effectiveness of Marketing strategy short & long-term
- Hard KPIs – MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, new webform completions, Marketing generated B2B deals won, ROI
- Soft KPIs – Website visits & engagement, social impressions (paid + organic), PR share of voice, channel performance
