The Role

As a HR/People Graduate, you’ll be part of THG Ingenuity’s People function, supporting the delivery of the full employee lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core areas of HR, developing the skills and knowledge you need to build a successful career in people management and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations

• Support with employee relations cases including absence, performance, and grievances.

• Maintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with company policies and legislation.

Engagement & Culture

• Assist in designing and delivering initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.

• Gather and analyse employee feedback to inform actionable improvements.

People Data & Reporting

• Collect, maintain, and analyse HR metrics to provide insights that support decision-making.

• Prepare reports for the People team and senior stakeholders.

People Strategy

• Contribute to the development and delivery of people initiatives aligned with THG Ingenuity’s goals.

• Support projects across inclusion, wellbeing, performance, and organisational development.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with managers and employees by providing professional HR support.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and address people-related needs.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
