Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain products that support the business goals of our clients. Your initial focus will be on the development of dashboards in Looker that provide clear, actionable insights from complex eCommerce data. These dashboards will serve as an integral part of our new data platform, helping users make data-driven decisions across areas like web analytics, sales, inventory, customer behaviour, and marketing performance.
In all projects, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define requirements, and create solutions that enable users to explore their data with ease and confidence. - Shape New Data Products: Contribute to the development of new data products that address evolving client needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand the needs of the users and translate those into effective products.
- LookML Development: Write and optimise LookML code to build efficient data models and explore layers that power the dashboards within the platform.
- Data Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data presented by verifying the underlying data sources and processing.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor and optimise dashboard performance to ensure a smooth, fast, and seamless user experience.
- User Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to users within the platform to help them make the most of the dashboards and understand the data presented.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation for the dashboards and models, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
