Role     

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Stylist to join our dynamic photographic studio team. This role will involve assisting with both fashion and still life shoots, ensuring that each project is meticulously styled to bring concepts to life and captivate audiences. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for fashion, and a creative flair, we want to hear from you. This role is based on site at our Manchester Studio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists in preparing and executing styling concepts for fashion and still life shoots.
• Help select and organise clothing, accessories, and props to align with the creative vision.
• Collaborate with photographers and creatives to ensure all styling elements are in place and contribute to the desired aesthetic.
• On-set styling, make adjustments to garments, props, and sets during shoots to maintain a polished and cohesive look.
• Inventory management - keep track of wardrobe and prop inventory, ensuring everything is well-maintained and organised.
• Ordering and organising styling consumables for the team.
• Work closely with photographers, models, and clients to achieve the best possible results.
• Stay informed about the latest styling trends and incorporate them into work to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.

Skills & experience

• Ability to follow a visual brief and execute styling ideas that align with brand and shoot objectives.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring that every element on set contributes to the overall aesthetic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Excellent time management with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques.
• Ability to adjust styling based on feedback and changing circumstances on set.
• Strong team player with a willingness to assist in various roles when needed to support
  the team.
