OBJECTIVES

In this position you will focus on building and engaging our vibrant linguist community at the heart of our business. You will work on expanding our network through targeted recruitment campaigns and you will work on initiatives to strengthen our existing relationships.

As a Linguist Community Coordinator, you will:

  • Contribute to developing our network of linguists, work on project-specific and targeted sourcing campaigns to build and diversify our capabilities as a language service provider
  • Screen linguists in-line with business requirements, this includes conducting telephone interviews and other assessments where required, checking qualifications, as well as contacting referees to confirm previous experience.
  • Work on initiatives to engage, inform and reward our linguists, help linguists and project managers collaborate and assist linguists with their queries with our Linguist Community Manager’s guidance
  • Work alongside the Linguist Community Manager and send out regular Business Updates to registered linguists.
  • Work in a targeted environment with monthly and quarterly objectives & KPIs

 

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Interest in recruitment and sourcing within the language service industry
  • Experience liaising with freelance linguists
  • Ability to engage a global online community
  • Drive and commitment to take ownership of the recruitment process
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently partnering with colleagues and business units across the globe
