Production - About the team
We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative Production Agency. We are proud of what we have achieved, and we are a trusted content partner of global aspirational brands such as Disney, Sky, Nestle and many more. We offer a combination of Creative, Production, Tech and complete end to end Project Management and Client Service which our clients rely on to deliver exceptional content. The Production team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills, video and film services across the full client portfolio. This team is 25 strong and is integral to the business and production success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.
Key responsibilities
Senior Producer
As a Senior Producer you will take ownership of creative projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team. Overseeing the production process from end to end, ensuring that all requirements from the client are completed on time and within budget.
Overseeing complex and high-end campaigns, requiring skill and effort, whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, colleagues will rely on the senior producer to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, and problem-solve where needed. Ensure that the lead producer is kept up to speed with all aspects of each shoot, and that efficiencies are made when necessary and possible.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Be the point of escalation for clients on set and be the point of escalation for multiple clients at any given time.
Mentor other staff on new ways of working and best practice, including training on new systems and documentation.
Driving processes end-to-end, this role involves encouraging the team to simplify processes in order and be more productive. Confident in decision making, the senior producer is always ready to face new challenges while striving for perfection.
Senior Producer Responsibilities -
- Pre-Prod
- Create budget & time plan for the Production on WorkFront
- Book in any Creative time
- Work out a plan for the client and brief it back in
- Send out model briefs to agencies, collate and share with client
- Liaise with Crew
- Book Studio & Resource
- Source and book models
- Hiring Equipment
- Set build – briefs/bookings/co-ordinate
- Samples – book in merch/co-ordinate
- Stylist – book in steaming clothing/wardrobe shopping- brief
- Prep day full team – provide brief if received from client, otherwise run through information production does have i.e. set requirements/models

Skills & experience
- Experience producing stills, video and film in a creative agency.
- Great client facing and producer management skills
- Ability to own key accounts and deliver complex and high value projects with self-sufficiency
- Experience delivering in a fast-paced environment – and adapting to business needs
- Exceptional organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Experience of delivering a variety of integrated projects for platforms including television, digital, online and social – including creative and production.
- Systems lead approach with production practices and delivery with good understanding of production methodology
- Approachable and a confident communicator (in person and on email), pathfinder and problem solver.
- Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output
- 5+ years experience – creative industry experience essential.
