Spa Receptionist & Reservationist
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Spa Receptionist & Reservationist to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel & Spa. We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carrying out all duties to our world-class standards.

Main Duties of the Role
Front of House / Guest Experience
-
Welcoming members and guests to the spa, ensuring they receive a warm and professional greeting.

Providing high levels of hospitality and showing guests through to the relaxation and treatment areas.

Maintaining a welcoming, calm, and professional reception environment at all times.
Reservations & Administration
-
Handling all spa reservations and enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Processing bookings and ensuring they are confirmed to maximise revenue opportunities.

Having in-depth knowledge of all treatments and packages, being able to explain, recommend and upsell to guests.

Completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Maintaining accurate guest records and managing the booking system efficiently.
Operational Support

Ensuring there are sufficient stocks of laundry, treatment items and retail products at all times.

Keeping the reception, relaxation room, pre-treatment areas, changing rooms, and thermal facilities tidy, clean, and fully stocked.

Supporting the Spa team with ad-hoc requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements

Proven experience in a reception or reservations role, ideally within hospitality, spa, or luxury environments.

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
-
Professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity at all times.

Strong IT skills with knowledge of booking systems and software.
-
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
