What’s the role?

You would be the go-to person for tech hiring across THG ingenuity, mainly working on software engineering roles. A big focus on this would be scaling our global presence in India, finding engineers that can integrate with our UK based teams and deliver high quality results.

In order to do this, you would have plenty of autonomy and ownership, working in a way that you feel would get us the best results.

You would work closely with hiring managers to shape processes, drive solutions, and properly consult on the best way to do things. We want someone who can bring fresh ideas and innovative methods!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across THG’s Ingenuity’s technology functions, with a strong focus on software engineering, product, and data roles.
  • Partner with senior technology and people leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies aligned with growth targets.
  • Drive proactive sourcing efforts, leveraging networks, market mapping, and talent insights to identify and engage exceptional candidates.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

 

What are the role requirements?

 

  • Proven experience in technology recruitment, with an ability to hire at pace and at scale.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering (backend, frontend, DevOps, data engineering, etc.) and the associated talent markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across leadership levels.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems)
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Experience hiring across India, would be a massive bonus with an understanding of local talent pools, job markets, and recruitment best practices.
