About the Merchandising Team

Joining a structured and experienced Merchandising team with a history of developing team members and promoting talent internally to help the team progress in their career.

We’re responsible for forecasting and managing inbound for all of our Ingenuity clients around the globe, ensuring an efficient use of stock and maintaining warehouse productivity across all of our sites.

About the Role

As an Assistant Merchandiser you’ll support the Merchandiser and wider team to manage inbound, liaising with internal departments and external clients to manage inbound, support capacity planning and accurate data visibility to ensure decision making is fast and accurate.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with Merchandiser and clients to understand inbound requirements, phasing and product mix.
• Supporting inbound capacity planning and updates around performance versus these plans.
• Raising client purchase orders to support inbound processes.
• Managing client inbound timings to ensure warehouse capacity is maximised.
• Supporting the warehouse to manage inbound issues and challenges and make stock available for clients to drive sales.
• Reviewing client performance, and helping to communicate areas to improve.
