Why THG Fulfil?

We Started as the Customer

We were building brands long before we built THG Fulfil, relying on traditional 3PLs and courier networks to scale. As we grew internationally, the limitations became obvious: labour-heavy warehousing, fragmented delivery models and limited visibility weren’t built for modern, global DTC growth.

So, We Took Control

We launched 70+ native websites in a single year, built a global Merchant of Record model and removed friction at checkout. But real control started inside the warehouse. We opened our own facilities, brought manufacturing in-house and developed large-scale fulfilment centres across the UK, EU and US. Designed to support DTC and B2B from the same platform.

We Built the Missing Layer

Owning infrastructure exposed the next constraint: delivery. Aggregators gave reach, but not control, visibility or performance. So, we built our own courier management platform, integrating directly with 250+ global carriers. As volumes scaled, automation, RaaS, proprietary WMS, WCS and OMS technology followed, reducing variable labour dependency and keeping optimisation and customer promise in our hands.

Fulfilment doesn’t end at dispatch. Returns, communication and customer service are brand moments, so we embedded 24/7 global support into operations.
