The Role

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support growth across THG Ingenuity.

This is a high energy, high impact role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships and opening doors with senior decision makers.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for our commercial teams.

This is a brilliant role if you want to learn proper sales fundamentals, work in a fast paced environment and build a strong career in tech/ecommerce/operations led solutions.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Generating new pipeline through outbound activity (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • Booking qualified meetings with relevant decision makers
  • Researching and targeting accounts aligned to our ICP
  • Running discovery conversations to understand business challenges and priorities
  • Handling objections confidently and building interest through value led messaging
  • Managing follow up sequences and nurturing accounts over time
  • Keeping CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps and pipeline hygiene
  • Working closely with BD’s, Marketing and wider teams to align on campaigns and priorities
  • Continuously improving your activity and conversion through coaching

Experience (We’re Flexible)

You could be:

  • A current SDR/BDR looking for a stronger brand and clear progression path
  • From a sales/recruitment/hospitality/customer facing background and ready to go into outbound
  • Early in career or graduate but extremely driven and coachable

Outbound experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matters most.
