The Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth for THG Studios - our world class creative production space where brands shoot, stream, launch and scale content.
You’ll play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and booking high quality meetings for our Studios team - helping brands experience what THG Studios can do first hand.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the buzz of outbound, enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders and wants to learn how to sell into creative and commercial decision makers (CMO, Head of Brand, Creative Director, Marketing Director etc.).
What You’ll be doing:
- Generating new pipeline through outbound activity (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Booking qualified meetings with relevant decision makers
- Researching and targeting accounts aligned to our ICP
- Running discovery conversations to understand business challenges and priorities
- Handling objections confidently and building interest through value led messaging
- Managing follow up sequences and nurturing accounts over time
- Keeping CRM updated with accurate notes, next steps and pipeline hygiene
- Working closely with BD’s, Marketing and wider teams to align on campaigns and priorities
- Continuously improving your activity and conversion through coaching

Experience (We’re Flexible)
You could be:
- A current SDR/BDR looking for a stronger brand and clear progression path
- From a sales/recruitment/hospitality/customer facing background and ready to go into outbound
- Early in career or graduate but extremely driven and coachable
Outbound experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matters most.
