We are recruiting for an Spa Supervisor to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa, Manchester’s premier health spa. Set in the heart of Manchester, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities. With a state-of-the-art gym and magnificent health spa.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful spa team here at the club. You will be responsible for maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all treatments to our world-class standards.

Main Duties of the role

• To monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action/training where required.
  • Supporting the spa manager in all tasks set.
  • Supporting the spa manager in driving the team's performance.
  • To deliver exceptional treatments and hosting spa guests.
  • High standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Delivering brand standards
  • Ordering and stock taking
  • Booking in clients and taking phone calls
  • Achieving treatment and retail targets
  • Knowledge in our brands
  • NVQ level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent
  • Previous Beauty therapy experience in a 5star/luxury background
  • Natural leadership qualities

Requirements
• Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
• Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
• Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills

• Support the Spa Manager in daily tasks and driving team performance.
• Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests with the utmost professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage ordering and stock taking.
• Handle client bookings and phone inquiries.
• Achieve treatment and retail targets.
• Possess extensive knowledge of our brands.
• Conduct team training and inductions.
