About the role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a vibrant, guest‑focused environment. You’ll create memorable moments for our members and guests by delivering warm, attentive service across all F&B areas.

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming members & guests and ensuring exceptional service throughout their visit
Taking and serving orders at the bar, restaurant and outdoor terrace
Preparing tables and maintaining a clean, well‑presented environment
Managing guest queries and requests
Supporting the team to meet service targets and drive upsell initiatives
Ensuring all health, safety and licensing standards are followed
Working collaboratively with other departments as needed

What we’re looking for

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Great communication and people skills
Ability to work well under pressure
A team player who enjoys learning new skills

Requirements

Experience in a luxury hospitality environment
