Our Paid Media team sits within our Commerce division, working closely alongside Ecommerce, CRM, SEO, Content, Affiliates, Social Commerce and Studio's. We operate at the intersection of digital acquisition, commerce strategy, and creative execution, helping brands scale their online presence through data-driven campaigns and high-performing content across global digital platforms.
 
We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and detail-oriented Paid Media Executive with a passion for paid social to join the team and support the delivery of high-performing paid media campaigns across our portfolio of brands. Whether you have 1–2 years of hands-on industry experience or you are a highly motivated graduate with a strong portfolio of social content, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing, ecommerce, and creative strategy within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a strong understanding of what makes creative content perform on social media.
 
The Role
As a Paid Media Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of Paid Social campaigns across multiple brands, with a strong focus on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
As part of the Commerce team, you will collaborate closely with neighboring channels - including SEO, Content, Affiliates, Social Commerce, CRM, and Ecommerce to deliver fully integrated, multi-channel strategies. You will work collaboratively to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, budgets are managed effectively, and creative assets are continuously optimised for maximum performance.
This role uniquely combines campaign execution with creative collaboration, allowing you to influence ad creatives, analyse performance data, and build a comprehensive foundation in modern digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end planning, setup, launch, and optimisation of paid social campaigns (primarily Meta and TikTok) to meet brand and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with wider Commerce functions, including SEO, Content, Affiliates, and Social Commerce, to align strategies and maximize multi-channel synergy.
  • Partner with studio teams to brainstorm, brief, and develop high-performing, mobile-first ad creatives, including video and static assets.
  • Utilise basic creative skills to adapt, edit, or iterate on existing content (e.g., cropping, overlaying text, or assembling simple video edits) to test different creative hooks.
  • Conduct continuous testing of ad creatives, formats, copy, and audiences to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance daily, ensuring maximum ROI and delivery in line with commercial targets.
  • Conduct strict quality assurance checks across all campaigns, tracking URLs, and ad copies to ensure error-free execution.
  • Produce regular performance reports and provide clear, data-led insights and creative recommendations to internal teams and brand partners.
  • Stay highly attuned to social media trends, platform updates (especially Meta and TikTok features), and competitor activity to keep our creative approach fresh and innovative.

  • A mix of analytical and creative - you love looking at numbers but also have a natural eye for what makes an engaging piece of social content.
  • An efficient working style with a keen interest in AI 
  • Excited about cross-functional collaboration and learning how paid media interacts with other channels like SEO, Content, Affiliates, and CRM.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptionally high standards of accuracy and quality when setting up campaigns.
  • Commercially aware and interested in how creative ad variants directly drive business and sales performance.
  • A strong communicator who can clearly explain performance metrics and collaborate effectively with creative designers.
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to test new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a comfortable grasp of tools for reporting.
  • A strong creative eye and an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions on social media platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills (for writing ad copies and briefs).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative relationship-building skills.
Desirable
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Experience with basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, AI creative tools...).
  • Understanding of how Paid Media integrates with broader digital channels (CRM, SEO, Affiliates, and Social Commerce).
  • Experience working in an ecommerce, D2C retail, or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and digital marketing attribution models.
