Our Retail Media team sits at the intersection of ecommerce, marketing and commercial strategy, helping brands connect with customers through advertising, content and promotional opportunities across our digital platforms.

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented graduate to join the team and support the delivery of retail media campaigns across our portfolio of brands. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, a data-driven mindset and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

As a Graduate Retail Media Executive, you will support the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of retail media campaigns across multiple brands and channels.

You'll work closely with Commercial, Ecommerce, CRM, Marketing and Finance teams, as well as external brand partners, to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.

This role combines campaign execution, content management, CRM delivery, performance analysis and stakeholder management, providing a well-rounded foundation in ecommerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
  • Build, launch and optimise CRM campaigns in line with brand and performance objectives.
  • Upload, manage and optimise on-site content to support commercial performance.
  • Create and manage campaign briefs, ensuring all assets and requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks across campaigns, content and communications to ensure a consistently high standard of execution.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and provide clear, data-led insights and recommendations.
  • Analyse customer, campaign and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support planning for future campaigns.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand partners.
  • Stay informed on market, competitor and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and ways of working.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A recent graduate with an interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, retail media or commercial strategy.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptionally high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Commercially aware and interested in how marketing activity drives business performance.
  • Confident working with data and using insights to support decision-making.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, collaborative and able to build positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
  • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn and develop.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Desirable

  • Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM or retail media.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, content management systems or reporting tools.
  • Experience working with data, reporting and performance metrics.
