THG Studios Bolsters Creative Leadership With Dual Senior Hires

Adam Mandelstam joins as Executive Creative Director and Rob Sanderson as Group Creative Director to enhance creative and brand experience capabilities.

THG Studios, the award-winning creative marketing agency, today announced the strategic appointments of Adam Mandelstam as Executive Creative Director and Rob Sanderson as Group Creative Director. The dual hires will strengthen THG Studio’s senior creative leadership, driving its mission to deliver insight-driven content and experiences that connect, convert, and build lasting brand loyalty.  

Adam Mandelstam brings over two decades of international experience from some of the world’s most respected creative agencies, including Ogilvy SA, TBWA Paris, M&C Saatchi and VML London. In his most recent role, as Global Executive Creative Director at WPP, he oversaw multi-agency teams for global clients, shaping narratives that merge creative vision with brand strategy. Adam has led numerous award-winning campaigns, and his extensive sports marketing experience will bring valuable expertise to THG Studios’ clients.  

Joining him is Rob Sanderson as Group Creative Director.  Prior to THG Studios, Rob was the Experience Design Director of Momentum Worldwide (McCann Worldgroup) where he led high-profile accounts from Dyson to the Wimbledon X Amex Official Partnership. Rob has expertise in branding and experiential across the luxury, drinks, and beauty sectors alongside international experience, including working on large-scale branding and retail projects across the MENA region.  

The appointment comes as THG Studios continues to drive growth and innovation, further enhancing capabilities through its combination of creative, strategy, and cutting-edge production technology. Adam and Rob’s combined expertise will be instrumental in elevating THG Studios’ creative output, fostering a continued culture of innovation, and delivering measurable ROI for its global client base.
